So what with the almost exciting verging on scary blizzard of snow we had before I left university for home, I have had a very stressful few days. I say scary because it snowed really heavily, thundered and lightninged... If that's even a word. I never knew this was possible! But it is! And it was scary! All the lights were flickering in halls, and Irish was texting me saying how scared she was, with my replies being basically the same back to her. My sister having come to stay round for a couple of days was just amused and entertained by the beauty of the snow. I was scared out of my skin!
Then when it had finally stopped blizzarding and the view from my window was covered in a thick layer of white, Irish made me go outside to talk to her. BIG MISTAKE. The chavs were out at large. Even if it was midnight, they were out throwing snowballs in the car park at whatever poor soul walked past. One of them being me. They aimed with anger. They then followed me and aimed at Irish and I causing us to run inside swearing. I was then too scared to walk back, that Irish tried calling her friend to walk me back. Of course he was useless and lazy. So I had to run back, being aimed ice at. I then didn't leave the flat until I really had to.
The next day I had to walk Irish to the train station. This was not an easy job. The path was stupidly icy, the road was covered in slush meaning any car that drove past splashed us with brown slime, and dragging suitcases along in the snow was not easy. They just dragged along the snow with them. I have no idea how Irish would have done it without our help!
So I've said goodbye to everyone at university. Going to be weird not seeing them everyday but I'm sure I'll survive. I love though how some people have said goodbye to me as if they aren't going to talk to m over the christmas period. This makes you really think, are they really my friends? Or just because they have no one else?
Oh well we shall see.
